Operation Transformation Mission Statement

Reaching the world for Christ through VISIBLE, RADICAL, and PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION; One Life at a Time! "...if any man be in Christ he is a New Creature, old things are passed away, behold, all things are become New."

2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV

What is Operation Transformation? It is the Fredericksburg International Christian Church goal to "make every member a minister".

A minister is a Christian who uses their Spiritual Gifts within the church and in their everyday lives. In 1 Corinthians 12  we can find a lists of more than ten Spiritual Gifts a Christian can be blessed to do: administration, apostleship, discernment, faith, healing, helping, knowledge, miracles, prophecy, teaching, tongues and its interpretation, and wisdom. Likewise in Romans 12,  we can derive seven Spiritual Gifts that a Christian can be blessed with: exhortation, giving, leadership, mercy, prophecy, service, and teaching. When you go deep into the Bible, there are other Scriptures that explain and identify what Spiritual Gifts are.

With FICC Operation Transformation, we are focused with the four "E's": Educate, Edify, Evangelize, and Exalt! Accordingly, these four ministries encompass the Spiritual Gifts within each ministries. Such as in the Edification Team ministry, the team handles ushering, administration, and logistics. With the Education Ministry handles teaching, development, and information. Exaltation involves music and other means of praise and worship. Evangelize ministry will focus on outreaches, visitations, and special events.

The ultimate goal of Operation Transformation is to help enable the members find their Spiritual Gifts and help them use these God-given Spiritual Gifts in order to fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) of sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ to the world!

      • We are to take up our yoke and join with God and our Ministry Team.
Reaching the world for Christ is a goal every Christian is mandated to do. In a world of increasing wickedness and sin, with an impending hell awaiting the lost, as Christians we are to reach-out and share the Good News of Jesus Christ. God has equipped us to be able to do so and no matter how small the task maybe from loving (Jn 13:35NLT), praying (1 Thes 5:17NLT), sharing (2 Cor 9:13NLT), giving (2 Cor 9:10NLT), helping (Gal 2:10NLT), teaching (2 Jn 1:9NLT), serving (1 Peter 5:5NLT), and in so much other spiritual acts--we are performing our Great Commission! As Christians, let's all be part of this task and let's all become a "salt and light" (Matthew 5:13-16) in this world!
